MFM Physician Opportunity in Northern California
Maternal Fet! al Medicine (Perinatology) physician opportunity to be the first MFM hire for this multi-specialty group. Call is 1:3. Two independent local MFM physicians currently on call panel.
Only Level lll NICU within 100 mile radius. Maternal and Neonatal Transport Teams in place, Intermediate Pediatric Unit. Pediatric Hospitalist program with strong Neonatology support. The Medical Center receives higher level of care transfers from 6 feeder hospitals in the region. Approximately 4,000 deliveries per year. Hospital is member of CPQCC (California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative).
Join a large multi-specialty group of 28 physicians: 7 General/Trauma Surgeons, 5 Urologists, 3 Cardiovascular Surgeons, 3 Gastroenterologists, 2 ENTs, 3 Internists, 2 FPs, 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Orthopedic Surgeon, 1 Rheumatologist. Endocrinologist and new FP starting this summer. The group is located adjacent to the Medical Center, a 465-bed multi-specialty Level ll Trauma Center.!
Compensation package includes year 1 salary (based o! n FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health benefits 100% covered by employer, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage provided. Year 2+ income is RVU-based productivity model.
