1 Overall production process and process issue handling
2 Manage process engineer team of SMT and FATP
3 Review PE team to make a strong team
4 Fulfill the customer's process requirement and carry out the task with PE team member
5 Report to project manager for process engineer team performance and KPI monitor.
6 Responsible for DFM review and submitting the final DFM summary
7 Contact window to customer's process team and support to customer requirement fully
8 Line utilization, rate%, and bottleneck analysis
คุณสมบัติ
1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronic engineering field or Machinery or Related field.
2 Experience - 10 years up
3 Computer Literacy
4 IOT concept and application
5 Good leadership
6 Able to work under high pressure
7 Good communication in English
