The Dedicated Account Rep will support the client, client management leaders and customers contacts on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilitating, compiling and coordinating execution of action plans, vendor management, supporting client in compiling, tracking and implementing business plan and managing budget, P&L, monthly settlement statements and on-line booking tool. Responsible for monthly/daily reports and ad hoc data generation and Quality Control. Interact and support client in special projects and day-to-day requests such as Policy Exception management, crisis management and post trip reporting management. Supports Client and Client Management team– demonstrating project management, analytical skills, PowerPoint, business expertise and industry knowledge.
Job Description:

    Provides overall Client Program support to the Global Client Manager, Regional client managers and Global Client. Participate in calls with the client or local markets when required
  • Lead/Support with special projects and day-to-day requests as requested by GBT Client Management team
  • Ensures consistent communication across all markets & teams
  • Gets results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines
  • Supports internal/external document production, including but not limited to : daily airline rating report, Global SLA reporting, Global Financial Statement reporting
  • Manage and discuss with client monthly US settlement
  • Vendor Contracts: Manage communication to regional client & operations managers and sharing of airline, car, hotel, black car & vendor contracts and updates. Build and maintain global airline overview, make updates when needed and communicate internally
  • Manage the loading & upkeeping of PRDS requests. Ensure air and hotel rates are loaded and accessible to all markets. Identify rate loading discrepancies to the appropriate representatives to ensure resolution
  • Responsible globally for all contact details (email/phone) and global IATA/PCC info – monthly check on changes and take appropriate action when needed (monthly)
  • Support to GTR feed updates feeds whenever new client IDs are built
  • Manage customer partner concerns and or customer service issues
  • Collaborate with client on global communications, training and webinars
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years analytical/client experience
  • Self-starter and strong teammate
  • Ability to get results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines
  • Ability to lead client calls or meetings
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise report format
  • MS Office skills preferred
  • GBT Internal systems knowledge preferred
  • Travel reservation system knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (Local language + English - additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to understand the operational and technical differences across multiple markets and cultures
  • Detailed understanding of the Corporate Travel industry as well as an understanding of new interactive technologies that can foster the growth of this business

Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
