Responsibilities:

- Assist field and corporate office with securing Certificates of Insurance for licensing and to satisfy lender requirements.
- Assist with distribution of Automobile Insurance ID cards at annual insurance renewal and ongoing as needed.
- Process payments of various vendor billing related to claims administration and other Risk Management activities.
- Pull wage reports to assist Worker’s Compensation Team in the administration of claims.
- Set up of Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Property Damage, and Student Accident claims for the Claims Team.
- Run claims reports, create spreadsheets, and provide preliminary data analysis of loss trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- College course work highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is highly desired.
- Excellent customer services skills required.
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy & efficiency in data entry.
- Position requires a high degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately.
- Multi-tasking ability a necessity along with large amount of processing ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer engagement ability.
- The ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive issues.
