Our seven-physician internal medicine group in Santa Cruz, California seeks a BC/BE internist to assume a full practice immediately. The position requires 35 patient hours per week with the option to opt in or out of inpatient call depending on your interest in inpatient medicine. Inpatient call, if you choose to participate, consists of providing inpatient coverage once or twice a month on weekday evenings and holidays and is reimbursed $1000. Physicians who opt out of inpatient call will provide phone call coverage for the outpatient practice once per quarter.
