Geriatrician wanted for "PACE†an All-Inclusive Care Program for the Elderly , provide primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of a plan of care inpatient attending coverage for hospitalized or nursing facility patients, Candidates must have an Interest in frail older adults and knowledge of their physical, mental, and social needs, BE/BC, Current CA License, Maximum patient Panel is 240 patients, Ideal candidate will be willing to spend appropriate time with patients and focus on Quality Care, minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly populatio! n, Opening scheduled for Jan-Feb 2014.
Salary range is $17! 0K - $260K based on size of Patient Panel i.e.: Base: $170K, 50-100 patients: $200K, 100-150 patients: $230K, 150+ patients: $260K, The Group covers all overhead, marketing, malpractice, equipment and office costs, Licensing, DEA, also included is a competitive Benefits Package that includes full insurance for Health, dental, vision, Professional Licensing Fees, Also included is Paid vacation, Sick days and CMEs
