A large multi-specialty group, affiliated with one of the leading healthcare systems in the country, wi! th more than 260 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add two palliative care providers to their busy Geriatrics Department.
Successful candidates will be BE/BC Palliative Medicine specialists who will provide hospital and SNF based consults and coordinate care efforts with palliative care coordinators at various locations in Sacramento. Additional responsibilities would include education of physicians, nursing staff and community members in regards to Palliative Medicine and building an Advanced Illness Care Program. Call will be 1:8 with access to hospitalists 24/7 and a strong built-in referral system. All outpatient care locations have a full electronic medical records system, as well.

Initial 24-month salary guarantee with the ability to ! earn quality and productivity bonuses above the salary guarant! ee.
Afterwards, compensation will be based on a productivity model, using work RVUs with bonus potential
