We are seeking BE/BC Internists to join our expanding Division of Hospital Medicine at the Scripps Memorial Campus in La Jolla, C! alifornia. We are a division of Scripps Clinic which is a nationally renowned multispecialty group of over 600 physicians serving San Diego.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a premier group renowned for its dedication to excellence in inpatient care. We have a very active GME program and are the primary teaching faculty of the internal medicine residency program. Some of our members are involved in clinical research.
The ideal candidate would be seeking a career track in Hospital Medicine. Our group is looking for clinicians with excellent interpersonal skills, humanistic qualities, and a strong academic background. We expect that members of our Division have a strong commitment to actively participate in quality projects, process improvement, or clinical research in addition to patient care. Responsibilities will include night duty, and we encourage people interested in nocturnist positions to apply.
