Seeking Geriatrician for Baltimore Area
Our Program
MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, Department of Medicine, is currently recruiting for a fellowship-trained Geriatrician to joi! n our multidisciplinary Geriatric team dedicated to caring for! older adults across the care continuum. Our multidisciplinary team of Geriatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Dietitians, Pharmacists and support staff partner with patients, families and the community to provide evidence-based care in the office, hospital, long-term care and at home.
Our outpatient practice forms the foundation for our program, but we also offer the unique opportunity for you to complement your outpatient experience with additional options to support your growth. If you have an interest in Geriatric research, you may have opportunities for that here. If you possess leadership aptitude, we would like to discuss a nursing home Directorship at an affiliated facility. For those who want to maintain acute care skills, we are partnering with our Hospitalist group. Our residency program may offer you the ability to share your expertise with others. Three years experience is favorable, but not required.

MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital is a 303-bed adult care community teaching hospital that provides comprehensive services, including intensive and cardiac care units, an active emergency room, an ever-expanding number of innovative medical and surgical capabilities, and primary care physicians and specialists who are rated top in their fields.
