Our program has been operational since 1993 and provides a wide range of workers compensation medical care and occupational health and safety services to employers, unions, health and welfare trust funds, and insurers.

We emphasize preventive services, convenient access to medical care, appropriate utilization, timely communication and claims handling, and case management.
KOJ (Kaiser On-the-Job) operates 31 occupational health centers in our Northern California region. Our occupational health centers are staffed by physicians who specialize in treating workplace injuries and illnesses and are experienced in return-to-work strategies.
These physicians are supported by case managers, physical therapists, and certified medical technicians.
