Customer Service Executive - Female [Qatar]


 

We are looking for Customer care Executive ARABIC & ENGLISH Fluency Mandatory

Job Description :

* Responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints via various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.

* Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, providing necessary information on service options, and explaining procedures or policies.

* Coordinate with service technicians or relevant departments to assign and schedule service tasks based on customers' needs and service center capacity.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, work orders, and any relevant documentation, ensuring proper documentation and organization of customer information.

Skills & Requirements :

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in ARABIC AND ENGLISH, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.

* Basic technical knowledge to understand the nature of the service center's operations, products, or services.

* Prior customer service experience is preferred

* Arabic nationalities only

* Certifications in customer service or related fields can be an advantage.
